We have been located for over a decade in the heart of Friendswood (just a stones throw from Friendswood High School ) off Falling Leaf. We are just 2 minutes from HEB.

About Me
My name is Kathleen ONeill, I am a wife and mother to 7 children, now ranging between 18 and 33 !
Photography has always been a part of me.. from the times as a child when my mother would sew dresses and make suits for my 5 siblings, my dad would take the official Easter or Christmas photo as we lined up according to age ..only to find out 6 months later when he had the film
f-i-n-a-l-l-y developed that he had cut off heads or feet ( we always had lots of laughs and lots of ceiling) but of course…they couldn’t be remade !
I remember taking the camera and looking through lens.. wondering what was so hard about taking a well composed picture ?
From about age 12, dad encouraged me to continue to take pictures and thus I became the family storyteller .. …At 17 and armed with my 35mm he signed me up to take the Dale Carnegie Business Courses with my college courses.
After an elective class in Photography at Montclair State College, I decided to change course and researched where I could learn about Photography to be able to pursue it professionally.
Rhode Island School of Photography located in Providence, was one of the only 2 choices in 1983.
The school was an excellant experience, we had great teachers and learned how to use the medium format cameras, like Bronica, Mamiya and Hasselblads as well as Commercial 4×6 and 8×10 cameras, where you look at your subject upside down and backwards in order to really learn composition. We learned to develop film, print images, using studio lighting, on and off camera flash and more,
After graduation, I work as a photographer using Bronica & Mamiya medium format cameras with weddings, children, families and newspaper work 1986-1996 in the San Joaquin Valley, California and the last 26 years in the the Friendswood-Clear Lake area here in the great state of Texas !
Our portraits have been hanging in the homes in the Friendswood, Pearland, League City, Alvin & Clear Lake area since early 1996.
